The first step: mining, the wollastonite ore is mined from the mine through tunneling, and then transported to the processing plant. During the mining process, attention needs to be paid to protecting the environment and avoiding pollution to the surrounding ecological environment.
The second step: crushing, the mined wollastonite ore is placed in a jaw crusher for preliminary crushing processing, making the wollastonite ore easier to process and preparing for subsequent steps.
The third step: beneficiation, in order to improve the quality of wollastonite, it is necessary to remove impurities and useless minerals from the ore. Our beneficiation mainly relies on machine color separation and manual separation.
The fourth step is secondary crushing, which involves secondary crushing of the sorted ore, with the aim of crushing the wollastonite blocks into particles suitable for production requirements.
Step 5: Milling, the secondary crushed wollastonite particles are sent to the storage bin through a belt conveyor, and then sent to the Raymond mill for grinding by an electromagnetic vibration feeder. The ground wollastonite powder is sent to the analyzer for classification under the drive of a fan, and the wollastonite powder that meets the fineness requirements is collected as a finished product.
