In the depths of the towering and continuous Monshan Mountains in the northwest of Xinyu, Jiangxi, a huge treasure lies dormant. In 2018, Monshan was found to have world-class wollastonite deposits. The total reserves of the wollastonite ore-forming belt are 18.95 million tons of C+D grade, with superior wollastonite quality, high whiteness, low iron and low sulfur, and large crystal grains. The estimated value of mineral products exceeds 100 billion yuan.
Based on this, in 2011, Xinyu Huayuan Wollastonite Co., Ltd. was established at the foot of Mount Mengshan, enjoying a good location advantage.
