Premium wollastonite powder is used as a filler in paint and coating products, replacing part of lithopone and part of titanium dioxide, and imported P820, which can improve the leveling of coatings. The particle shape of wollastonite is a good suspension agent for coatings, and its sediment is soft and dispersed, which can be used as an enhancer for clean coatings. Due to its low oil absorption and high filling amount, it reduces the consumption of bonding substances, thus greatly reducing the cost of coatings. Wollastonite is alkaline, has good spraying performance, and has uniform surface distribution. It can connect pigments suitable for acidic media, making it very suitable for polyethylene acetate coatings.

It is used as a filler to improve the corrosion resistance of steel coatings. In addition to water-based coatings and polyvinyl alcohol formaldehyde shrinkage, wollastonite can also be used in primers, intermediate coatings, oil-based coatings, road sign coatings, sound insulation coatings, refractory coatings, etc. It can replace asbestos in bleached coatings and can be used as a reinforcement in self-purifying paints.
